With over 30 years of clinical experience in the UK and USA, and invaluable trauma expertise from Israel, Paraguay, and Sri Lanka, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to holistic healthcare. My practice uniquely integrates homeopathy, naturopathy, nutrition, bodywork, and cranial-sacral therapy within a practical and effective holistic framework. This allows me to tailor treatments meticulously to the acute, chronic, or epidemic health conditions presented by my patients.

My proficiency extends to working seamlessly with patients on conventional medications and implementing CEASE protocols when necessary. My passion for homeopathy and continuous learning, both in traditional and innovative prescribing methods, shines through in my teaching.

As a dedicated educator, I lecture and teach globally, sharing my insights and experience with a diverse audience. In recognition of my contributions, I was honoured with a Fellowship of the Society of Homeopaths in 2013.

Outside of my professional life, I have a love/hate relationship with triathlons and an undeniable fondness for dark chocolate, a good gluten-free trifle, and walks with my dog, Noodle.
