Fees, Instalments & Withdrawal Policy
Course Fees

The full course fee is payable upon enrolment. The College may, at its discretion, offer a monthly instalment plan as a concession to support students in spreading the cost of tuition. An instalment plan is a method of payment only and does not alter the total course fee payable.

Instalment Arrangements Where a monthly instalment plan is agreed:

  • The total course fee remains due in full.
  • Instalments do not constitute separate monthly contracts
    for tuition.
  • Failure to continue instalments may result in suspension
of access to teaching and learning resources.

Withdrawal from the Course

  • The student remains liable for fees relating to the period of study undertaken.
  • The College may retain or request payment of fees to reflect reasonable costs already incurred, including administration, teaching provision, resources, and staffing commitments.
  • Students will not normally be charged for teaching or services that have not been delivered, except where these costs have already been committed or incurred by the College.

Exceptional Circumstances

The College recognises that exceptional circumstances may arise (such as serious illness or bereavement). In such cases, students may submit a written request for consideration, supported by appropriate evidence. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis, and the College reserves the right to exercise discretion.

Refunds

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced, except where required by law or where discretion is applied under the Exceptional Circumstances policy above.
