I am a proud graduate of Southern College and an American expat with a wealth of experience from living abroad. Over the past 13 years, I have navigated five international moves, giving me a unique insight into transitions, major life changes, and the quest for belonging.
As a mother of three boys—one in secondary school and two in university—I cherish family time and love to engage in activities like kayaking, walking my dog Suzie, playing games, and hosting vibrant Mexican food feasts for friends and family.
I have a profound passion for supporting teenagers, especially teenage boys, and their mothers. My commitment to family well-being is a cornerstone of my life. My love for literature and words led me to develop a keen interest in repertorisation. This passion began during my college days when I founded a “Rep Club” and has since become an integral part of my teaching approach. Homeopathy has also played a significant role in my family’s health for many years.
In addition to my personal and professional pursuits, I volunteer with ‘Kids on the Green,’ a community organisation dedicated to supporting those still affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy. My involvement in this initiative allows me to give back and make a positive impact on the community.
